Burgess Group is a Brisbane based civil construction company led by Founder & Director, Dale Burgess. Burgess Group draws on more than 35 years of civil construction experience across residential, commercial and major infrastructure projects. Throughout his career, Dale has worked on everything from local subdivisions and drainage works through to highways, metropolitan tunnel projects and other complex civil infrastructure, earning a reputation for quality workmanship, practical problem-solving and strong leadership.

As a QBCC licensed drainer, Dale combines specialised drainage expertise with extensive experience in roadworks, retaining walls, earthworks and under boring. His ability to interpret engineering drawings, coordinate multidisciplinary works and deliver practical on-site solutions means every project benefits from decades of hands-on industry knowledge.

After more than three decades delivering major civil projects, Dale made a conscious decision to build a different kind of business. Rather than growing into a company with multiple layers of management, Burgess Group has been deliberately built to remain hands-on, responsive and personally involved in every project.
